How Sponsorship Works
Donations are used to sponsor in-home medical foot care visits for patients who cannot afford services. Sponsored visits allow seniors and disabled individuals to receive professional, nurse-led foot care in the safety and comfort of their homes.
Why Donations Are Needed
Many insurance providers do not currently recognize routine foot care to treat or prevent painful feet and support safe mobility as a medically necessary service.
This means seniors who need regular foot care often must pay out of pocket—even when care is essential for comfort, mobility, and infection prevention.
Some patients also do not qualify for routine foot care through a podiatrist unless they have a qualifying diagnosis such as diabetes (DM), peripheral vascular disease (PVD), or peripheral artery disease (PAD).
As a result, many elderly and home-bound individuals go without care simply because they cannot afford it.
Your donation makes it possible to provide in-home medical foot care visits for patients who are unable to attend free or low-cost clinics and who cannot afford private services.

Alongside sponsored in-home visits, volunteer outreach is provided at a local food pantry and at warm-weather outdoor events serving the homeless community.
